Coming Soon To A Website Near You!

Hi All,

Well, I have been writing fast and furiously on my new ebook Total Release:Emergency Allergy Technique.

I am putting the final touches on the website, and the book. It is being proofed and edited for final copy. I'm pretty excited about that since it can help so many people in case of an allergic reaction. I think it's something we should all know in case of an emergency.

So I have diagrams and a step-by-step outline on how to perform the technique.

The experiences I have had with the technique have been just short of miracles.

A friend of the family was in a coma and was revived to say goodbye to his wife and gave closure to his passing.

Daisy, was cured of seizures after the veterinarians didn't know what to do.

April recovered within minutes of having an allergic reaction to eating almonds.

And the list goes on...cat allergies gone, colds stopped in their tracks, allergies to dust
and headaches relieved.

It is pretty amazing...So I will keep you up to date!

Until later be well,
Karen

Moving Right Along

Hi There,

Well, summer is turning out to be crazier than I thought! The kids are out of school, but my daughter is getting ready for her first dance competition, and my son is starting basketball for the first time. So...my new projects have been put on hold for a bit.

But the first one on the agenda will be my downloadable ebook that will cover the basics of Allergy Release Technique and will be called the Emergency Allergy Technique.

This will be written in easy to understand terms and will be laid out for you so you can apply the technique anywhere, anytime in case of an allergic reaction. It can be applied for allergy symptoms to food, airborne and contact allergies.

I have used this technique successfully and now have realized how valuable this will be for everyone to have in their medical toolkit. Other healers covet this type of information, and I feel that the more people that have it, and can utilize it, the better our world will be.

We need to get back to the belief and understanding that we all have the ability to heal ourselves and not to put ourselves at the mercy of someone else's opinion or judgment.

I am not saying that doctors and pharma don't have a place...they are very beneficial and have saved many lives. But when we cut ourselves or make a blister, it heals...it has an innate ability to do that without our intervention. However, many times we are unaware of how chemicals and pesticides actually destroy our immune system, and then we come in contact with an allergen, we react to it.

I have had veterinarians say that an allergic reaction means the immune system is working really well, in fact too well. I have to disagree with that. It is my humble opinion, and the opinion of others that are in the medical profession, that the immune system is actually compromised, or weakened and THAT is why it is reacting.

If it were in good working order, it wouldn't react so violently to an allergen. It would be able to fight it and ignore it. But when the immune system is compromised like in a personal situation that I had with Candida. My body couldn't handle any type of contact allergy or food. It broke out in severe hives and rashes, and horrible itching.

So by putting your body back into balance, you can correct the allergic reaction. Balancing meaning that the electromagnetic field of your body is alignment with the electromagnetic field of the allergen. Balancing the two together can be very simple.

Just wait and see!

That's it for now...see you all soon,
Karen

New Things Happening

It's been an exciting couple of weeks for me. I am developing a couple of new products for people and horses.

I am setting up a new website www.kruegerenergyhealing.com that will be relating to my work with people. Hopefully I will be able to portray my work as being helpful and beneficial for everyone.

Through the support of my clients and friends, my "people" business has been growing. So I thought that would be my cue to develop something for my "non"-horsey friends to refer to.

The second exciting news is...I am working on a book relating to allergies. It will be a very informative book, and it will be chock full of information that YOU can use to remedy any type of allergy. Hopefully that will be coming out in the next month or so.

The kids are out for summer and will be attending summer school, so that will allow me to keep appointments either by phone or in person, and work on my new creation !

'Til next time,
Karen

Mom Gives Up Walker After 2 Years

A client of mine had a friend in Nebraska who was in chronic pain, took pain relievers every day and had used a walker for 2 years.

Her friend called to make a phone appointment for her daughter, but it turned out she needed the session more than her daughter. So we did a 1 hour phone session and during that time, she could feel the changes happening. Sherry said she couldn't believe how the pain was diminishing.

The next day she called me and said she had walked the first time without her walker, and she could stand up straight. She couldn't believe it. She hadn't been pain free in years...

The body is a self-healing mechanism, it knows exactly what it needs to do to put itself back into homeostasis.

Definition Homeostasis: in layman's terms means balance or equilibrium. It is the property of an open system to regulate its internal environment so as to maintain a stable condition, by means of multiple dynamic equilibrium adjustments controlled by interrelated regulation mechanisms. The term was coined in 1932 by Walter Cannon from two Greek words (to remain the same). The term usually is used in the sense of biological homeostasis in humans and animals.

Using an outside influence or "facilitator for healing" can be very beneficial. Many times as humans, we get stuck in a belief that it's "old age" or we just need to take a pill or just trying to ignore it will make it go away.

But we have an internal and unseen ability to actually make physical changes in our bodies with just our thoughts!

We were born with it, and we can always access it.

Blessings for good health,
'til next time,

Poodle Reacts to Bad Food

This isn't the first time this has happened! My mom called me the other night saying her Miniature Poodle was bedraggled "droopy" and didn't have any energy. He didn't want to play ball and just wasn't acting himself.

So I checked in with him intuitively and I started feeling an upset stomach. Then I started asking questions about where he had been and what kind of food he had eaten...then it turned out his canned food had been the fridge about 3 days.

So I told my mom what to do, and we did a long distance allergy treatment on him for the food. He went into a sound sleep during the session and about 1/2 hour later, he was up and about feeling perkier.

She called the next morning and he was back to his old self. Playing and having a ball.

But when Mary called my about Daisy, her Maltese, that was a very serious situation...Daisy had been having seizures for 3 days about 14 a day, and the vet had her on phenobarbitol and valium to try and control the seizures.

Again, it felt like the canned food was the culprit, and Mary felt the same way. So we did a long distance allergy treatment on Daisy. There weren't any more seizures that day, or the next. So Mary went back to the vet and told him what had happened...so he agreed that it would be better to take her off the meds. And sure enough...no more seizures. She has been great ever since.

It still amazes me...and I am so grateful for this powerful gift.

'til next time...

What Are Headshakers?

The answer is Horses That Shake Their Heads!

There are a couple of theories floating around...one is that it is a herpes virus...and the other is that it is an allergy to the sun when the UV index reaches a certain percentage.

My personal belief and experience through hands on treatment and from my extensive background and training is....that it represents a major headache...and possible nerve damage from the cranial bones being misaligned through an accident, or an emotional trauma connected to a head or neck injury.

I know this is a simplistic overview...but I will try and make it a little more understandable.

Imagine if you have a hat on that is too tight, or sunglass that put pressure behind your ears? What does that feel like? and what is your first reaction...to take them off. But can a horse do that? NO

Can he tell you it hurts? Well...he tries through body language--- rubbing his nose, shaking his head, rooting his head down to take pressure off his mouth or face, rubbing his face on his front leg almost uncontrollably, eyes watering, blowing his nose alot and acting out of control.

Now my theory why it only happens in the heat and the sun is because both of those put a lot of pressure on the optic nerves and if the cranial bones (which move by the way) have been impacted or torqued through trauma, they will affect the nerves. There are 12 pairs of nerves in the cranial vault and they feed the sensory nerves in the head and affect the whole central nervous system.

So if you have ever had a migraine...triggered by being out in the sun, where do you want to go? That's right into a dark room without any noise or vibration.

Just think!!! No noise, no heat, no vibration...and the horse has to endure all that while he is having a massive headache!

Causes of horse headaches:
  • Pulling back while tied
  • Trailering accident
  • Cribbing straps too tight
  • Ill-fitting bridles
  • Misalignment of the cervical vertebrae (located in the neck)
  • Flipping over backwards and hitting their head
CranioSacral Therapy is a non-invasive therapy that can realign bones and all the connective tissue surrounding the structures to obtain a balance in the cerebral spinal fluid that feeds all the nerves in the brain and head.

Through this technique...headaches can be alleviated almost immediately. And after a few sessions you can obtain perfect balance, and you will see it in the horses behavior. No more headshaking, nose rubbing or acting out of control while shaking his head.

I tell my clients, that if you ever see a behavioral change, think back to what happened right before that. And see if there is either an emotional connection (owner dying, being sold or abandoned) or a physical accident (tried to go through the roof of the trailer at a horse show).

More than likely you will see a connection of some sort.

You can leave a comment here for questions, or you can email me directly, I will be happy to answer individual questions.
